Admin Clerk

In this role you will:

  • Communicate with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then follow up on leads.
  • Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads.
  • Maximise sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs.
  • Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional info on our residential solar photovoltaic solutions, and managing customers’ expectations.
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment.
  • Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing
  • An SPM holder minimum.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Required basic software skills: MS Office
  • Candidate will be based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur office
