In this role you will:
- Communicate with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then follow up on leads.
- Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads.
- Maximise sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs.
- Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional info on our residential solar photovoltaic solutions, and managing customers’ expectations.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment.
- Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured.
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:
- Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing
- An SPM holder minimum.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Required basic software skills: MS Office
- Candidate will be based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur office
